Your research stays yours.
Account and private research
We store your account email, password hash, account permissions, saved records and the notes you choose to add. Your research’s notes and collections are not shown to other customers. When Firebase sign-in is enabled, Firebase manages Google sign-in, passwords, email verification and recovery. Earlier account hashes are retained to confirm account linking.
Sources and retention
Published channel and video data comes from authorized research sources and YouTube API snapshots. Capture dates and expiry rules are attached to source content. When source content becomes unavailable, your own notes can remain with an unavailable reference.
Payments and service operation
When subscriptions are enabled, PayPal processes new checkout and billing; existing Stripe subscriptions retain their billing provider. The service retains subscription identifiers, billing schedules and verified payment records, not card details. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Service and security logs support reliability and abuse prevention.
Your requests
Contact the service operator for account, access, correction or deletion requests.
These pages describe the service’s current data and account behavior. Service-operator details and applicable commercial terms must be configured before public paid launch.
